In July 2019, Brapu held the sixth training session of the “Young Eagle” training program for young engineers. This program mainly targets 2019 fresh graduates and newly hired young engineers under the age of 30. New employees who join the program will receive comprehensive training covering various aspects such as corporate culture, professional and technical knowledge, production and marketing management, and quality development.
After two weeks of skill training, the students have all been promoted in their respective job positions.
