The Brapu ultra quiet closed cooling tower BPC-UQ series adopts a customized ultra-low silent fan imported from Germany, effectively reducing the radiated noise from the fan through the exhaust port and tower body. The reducer is a special type with ultra-low noise, which minimizes the impact of tower noise. The tower structure effectively controls the splashing noise. Before the cooling tower falls directly onto the water surface, the falling water undergoes a transition through silent wiping and other forms on the inclined surface, which can effectively reduce the splashing noise and achieve the effect of governance. The motor frame of the water pump is positioned once on the metal frame of the main beam column, with fewer loose parts, good rigidity, low vibration, and no noise source.
At the same time, according to the project conditions, silencers can be installed at the inlet and outlet of the closed cooling tower exhaust fan to effectively control noise and reduce it to below 50DB.
