BPM-DR stainless steel high-efficiency water-saving dry cooler uses a stainless steel case, which is particularly suitable for use in areas with harsh natural environments, coastal areas, concentrated chemical areas, and other areas due to its excellent corrosion resistance. The exhaust arrangement of the axial flow fan is provided by using a frequency converter for speed regulation. It can be compactly arranged with a reduction motor or fan. Its hybrid heat dissipation system only requires very low water, and the low-pressure spray water system and low power consumption characteristics are very suitable for areas with poor water resources. During winter, the equipment operates as a pure dry cooler with efficient heat dissipation pipes to complete heat exchange. This not only maximizes water conservation, but also prevents equipment from freezing in extremely cold temperatures. If water is sprayed on the surface of the heat exchanger in high ambient air temperatures, such as summer, the water evaporates on the heat exchanger and carries away more heat. The overall heat exchange device of the equipment adopts a tilted design that is very beneficial for cleaning and flushing. Its unique V-shaped structure and efficient and applicable performance have won multiple patents.
