BrapuBPC-DE__ The CH series enclosed cooling tower places a tubular heat exchanger inside the tower, ensuring cooling effectiveness through the heat exchange of circulating air, spray water, and circulating water. Due to its closed cycle, it can ensure that the water quality is not polluted, effectively protecting the efficient operation of the main equipment. The Brapu closed cooling tower utilizes a two-stage cooling method, namely: the first stage cooling uses air cooling, which relies on air to cool the cooler coils; The secondary cooling adopts air cooling and spraying. When the ambient temperature is relatively high, the secondary cooling is used. At the same time, the spraying system sprays water onto the surface of the cooler, which can take away the heat of the coil when the water evaporates, thus achieving the cooling effect. The inlet and outlet of the circulating water in the cooling tower are directly connected to the heat exchanger, forming a closed circulating system to prevent corrosion of the circulating system by sulfides, dust, microorganisms, etc. in the air, prevent scaling of the heat exchanger, improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger, reduce the frequency of enclosure maintenance, and extend the service life of the unit.
